Q: Can I return my jewelry or accessories?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at to return your purchase for a full refund within 15 days of receipt of purchase. We will issue a refund, exchange, or give instore credit for the item(s) returned upon arrival of accessories. Refunds outside of 15 days are subject to credit only. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any additional questions at any time. We adore our products and want to make sure you love them too.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Free shipping is currently available in the United States.


Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We are based in Missoula, Montana.


Q: Do I have to pay duties?

A: You'll never have to pay duties on standard shipping from the United States. Orders shipping to international locations & Canada maybe be subject to duties & taxes, which we cannot control.

A: Alaska & Hawaii - $45.00, International - $56.00

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your location. Shipping times are only estimates and exclude holidays, weekends & unforeseen postal delays. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to expedite it.

United States: 5-7 business days

International: 20+ business days

Canada: 15+ business days


Q: What gold doesn't tarnish?

A: Gold doesn't tarnish because it is a highly unreactive metal and does not react with oxygen or water. This property of gold makes it an ideal material for jewelry and other decorative items as it retains its shine and luster over time.

Q: Will 14k gold turn green?

A: It is highly unlikely that 14k gold will turn green as it is composed of 58.5% pure gold, which is a non-reactive material. However, the metal alloys used to create the other 41.5% of the material may react with certain chemicals or substances causing discoloration or tarnishing. It is important to properly care for and maintain your 14k gold jewelry to prevent any potential issues.
