Returns
You may return unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
* Items must be in their original condition with all
tags attached
* Jewelry must be unworn and undamaged
* Original packaging should be included when
possible
How to Initiate a Return
No returns on sale items
Contact us at Kbowditch@bresnan.net with your order number and
reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issiued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We're happy to exchange your item! Contact us and we'll help you find the perfect piece.
Damaged or Defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Kbowditch@bresnan.net with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away-no need to return damaged item.
